| When will my package be shipped? |
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Saturday 9 am - 4 pm.

| What carrier will be used to ship my package? |
We use USPS and UPS to deliver our orders. You can choose from a variety of methods to ship, from ground to express.

| Will I receive a tracking number? |
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail may not have tracking numbers.

| How are the shipping rates calculated? |
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. All orders over $45 receives FREE PRIORITY MAIL SHIPPING.

| How are backorders handled? |
We are unable to split orders at this time. If an item is out of stock when ordered, we will contact you first, then cancel the item from the order. All other items will ship as expected and you will only be charge for what is shipped.
